That the West of England Combined Authority Chief Executive Officer (CEO), delegates authority to the West of England Mayoral Combined Authority’s Director of Environment, in consultation with the Directors of Environment within the constituent unitary authorities to fund Retrofit West Community Interest Company’s (RWCIC) bid for a Green Recovery Fund grant of £1m to deliver Retrofit West Business Support, part of the Retrofit West project. This decision is subject to no objections being received in the 28-day notice period which ends on 18^th January 2024.
