The West of England Combined Authority Committee has delegated the approval of projects to be funded from the Recovery and Adaptations Fund to the Combined Authority Chief Executive in consultation with the other West of England CEOs. This project will be funded through the Recovery and Adaptations Fund

The Hanham Community Skills Hub feasibility study will investigate the case for South Gloucestershire Council to open a second skills hub facility, including options for location including lease terms and conditions etc, the nature of the services that will operate from the Hub and how on-going running costs can be met.

West of England CEOs made the decision to fund the project below from the Recovery

& Adaptations Fund on the basis of the Feasibility and Development application form submitted: Hanham Community Skills Hub feasibility study - £105,000 (revenue).

The feasibility study is expected to complete before March 2025 with a firm conclusion drawn as to whether the project will proceed an on what basis, including reassurance over future funding

sources.
