Decision:
Approval given to conditionally allocate £14,534,742 of the Adult Education Budget across 9
providers for 2023/24 as follows:
The CEOs also agreed to streamline the mechanism through which funds are allocated in 2023/24 for a single governance decision for a conditional allocation. Providing a grant recipient meets the following requirements:
· That the level of funding allocated to the provider is identical to that set out in the approved Conditional Allocation.
· That the provider submits a satisfactory Curriculum and Delivery Plan to the Combined Authority
· That the provider passes due diligence
· That no other factors arisethat may have bearing on the allocation of funds to the provider in the 2023/24 academic year.This may include (but is not limited to):
· The commencement or conclusion of an investigation into the provider
o FE Commissioner Intervention
o Takeover / Merger
