The West of England Joint Committee agreed the operating framework for the West of England Combined Authority.
The West of England Joint Committee agreed to delegate responsibility for agreeing the business plan to the West of England Local Enterprise Partnership Chief Executive in consultation with the constituent authority chief executives.
An additional resolution was agreed:
The West of England Joint Committee agreed that the final version of the business plan would be reported back to the West of England Joint Committee for approval.
