Decision details

WECA noted the Mayoral Fund and WECA revenue and capital budget outturn budget forecasts as set out in Appendices 1,2 and 3 and agreed that:

a.    A one-off virement of up to £306k from the WECA Supplies and Services Budget to the WECA Staffing Budget be approved to cover short term interim resources as set out in para 3.3.1.

b.    An on-going Budget variation of £353K (full year effect) from the WECA Income Budget to the WECA Staffing Budget be approved to meet the costs of the proposed WECA Staffing Structure as set out in Appendix 4.
